03/01/2025 Training Log: DNS – Did Not Start

The Plan: Easy Run. 45-60 Minutes: What Actually Happened: Rough night. Dry lips. Popped some Advil Cold & Sinus. Feeling all-around shitty. No run today. Does this affect my progress?
